2. File an incident report- Make sure to also get a copy of the report for you to give to Attorney Bernstein.
3. Take your own photos- If you own a cell phone or someone around has one. Please take as many pictures as you can of the location, conditions, injuries etc. If you have your own phone, you can send them via email to Attorney Bernstein. If a witness took pictures get their information and have them email you or dbernsteinlaw@gmail.com
4. Make sure to get information of witnesses- Do not trust that the place will create an accurate incident report. Make sure to write down and save everyone’s information, including phone numbers. This is critical so it doesn’t becomes a you vs. the places story.
